At Statewide Quality Services, we take great pride in the dedication and professionalism of our team members. Recently, one of our employees, Nadeem Joshi, went above and beyond in his duties at New Town Plaza, leaving a lasting impression on a customer and exemplifying the level of service we strive to provide.


Dr. Dawn Rayner-Brosnan, a shopper at New Town Plaza, had the misfortune of losing her garage door key and remote device in the car park. Upon learning of the lost key, Nadeem immediately sprang into action, demonstrating the respect, kindness, and proactive diligence that are hallmarks of our company's values.


Over the course of 48 hours, Nadeem meticulously searched the car park and determined to locate the missing device. His efforts were eventually rewarded when he found the key and remote, albeit in pieces and showing signs of being run over by a vehicle. With remarkable perseverance, he managed to reassemble the key and remote, allowing Dr. Rayner-Brosnan to regain access to her garage.


Dr. Rayner-Brosnan was deeply impressed by Nadeem's unwavering dedication and took the time to express her gratitude and appreciation for his exceptional service. In her own words:
